Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your event in order to receive a full refund. Customers are still responsible for the entire balance for cancellations made after the 48-hour time window. If the weather on the day of your event is so severe that it becomes dangerous to use our equipment, we will give you a rain check that can be applied to a future event.
As a reminder, all orders require a $50 credit card deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental, you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
